Delete your Muhkam account
Muhkam is operated by Muhkam Limited.
You can permanently delete your account directly inside the Muhkam app:
- Sign in to the Muhkam account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, select Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message, then select Delete account again.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address registered to your Muhkam account. Use the subject Muhkam account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your Muhkam sign-in account and associated active-service data, including:
- Your profile and preferences.
- Practice sessions and question attempts.
- Mastery, weak-spot, confusion-pair, streak, and goal data.
- Subscription-access records linked to your Muhkam account.
Retention
Deletion from active systems is completed immediately when you use the in-app control, or within 30 days for a verified email request. Encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. We may retain limited transaction or tax records where required by law; these records are not used to provide or personalize the Muhkam service.
Deleting your Muhkam account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.

حذف حسابك في محكم
تدير شركة محكم المحدودة تطبيق محكم.
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من داخل تطبيق محكم:
- سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك في محكم.
- افتح الإعدادات.
- من قسم الحساب، اختر حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ رسالة التأكيد، ثم اختر حذف الحساب مرة أخرى.
إذا تعذر عليك تسجيل الدخول، فأرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك إلى [email protected]، واكتب في عنوان الرسالة: Muhkam account deletion request. قد نطلب منك التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
البيانات التي تُحذف
يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة حساب تسجيل الدخول والبيانات المرتبطة به من أنظمة محكم النشطة، ومنها:
- الملف الشخصي والتفضيلات.
- جلسات التدريب ومحاولات الإجابة.
- بيانات الإتقان ومواضع الضعف وأزواج الاشتباه والسلسلة والأهداف.
- سجلات صلاحية الاشتراك المرتبطة بحساب محكم.
مدة الاحتفاظ
يتم الحذف من الأنظمة النشطة فورًا عند استخدام خيار الحذف داخل التطبيق، أو خلال 30 يومًا بعد التحقق من الطلب المرسل بالبريد الإلكتروني. قد تبقى نسخة في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفرة مدة لا تتجاوز 90 يومًا قبل حذفها تلقائيًا. وقد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات المعاملات أو الضرائب إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، ولا تُستخدم هذه السجلات لتقديم خدمة محكم أو تخصيصها.
حذف حساب محكم لا يلغي تلقائيًا الاشتراك الذي تتم فوترته عن طريق Apple أو Google. ألغِ الاشتراك بصورة منفصلة من إعدادات الاشتراكات في App Store أو Google Play لمنع تجديده مستقبلًا.
